A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It stays within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.

Normal server operation records limited technical details when a page loads:
